BayaniPay is a fast-growing company providing cross-border financial services, including remittance from North America to the Philippines. The company is seeking to hire a full-time salaried Sales & Business Development Manager who will be leading and driving organizational sales by crafting revenue growth plans, setting financial targets, and executing business development strategies. This role is accountable for growing and retaining BayaniPay’s enterprise customer base and revenue streams as well as closing strategic and key accounts, which include partners and affiliates.

Key Reponsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and execution of the sales and business development plan to grow enterprise revenues and customers through excellent client servicing and customer success management
  • Manage the commercial aspects of the business deal from proposal, contract management, product or service order, fulfillment, acceptance and payment by client (including regulation compliance, audit requirements and risk assessment)
  • Identify trends and key business drivers (new products, services, or promos) to improve revenue performance and customer retention as well as maintain a competitive edge against competitors 
  • Identify enterprise customer needs, sales and business expansion opportunities, and propose appropriate products and/or services
  • Perform revenue forecasting, analysis, and reporting
  • Provide insightful information to clients to get new/renewal contracts
  • Solve client issues and concerns and ensure/improve service quality
  • Analyze company data to measure success of projects and make beneficial changes to future initiatives
  • Review and enhance sales processes to maximize revenue
  • Develop good client relationships and maintain client satisfaction
  • Lead and manage cross-functional service delivery teams, set expectations/deliver criteria, manage output and conflict among team members


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Account/Sales/Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager, Partnership Manager, or a similar position
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management and business case preparation
  • Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog 
  • Robust knowledge of the Filipino market in North America is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
