Frequently Asked Questions
What billers can I pay using BayaniPay?

You can pay all your SMDC, DMCI, and LandCo bills online using BayaniPay.

Can I pay someone else’s bill?

Yes. All you need is their billing account number.

Can I pay my bills in advance?

Yes. You can pay your bills in advance as long as their due dates fall within the next 12 months.

How do I keep track of my recurring payments?

We’ll send you three email notifications:

  1. A reminder 48 hours before each scheduled payment so you can make sure you have sufficient funds in your linked bank account
  2. An update once the required amount is debited from your linked bank account
  3. An update once the payment is successfully processed
What happens if my linked bank account has insufficient funds on the day of a scheduled payment?

Your scheduled payment will not be processed and we’ll send you an email notification about the failed transaction. But you can still settle the bill by making a one-time payment instead.

Please take note that a failed scheduled payment does not affect future scheduled payments. Your linked bank account will still be automatically charged the scheduled amount.

Are there transaction limits for bills payments?

You can pay bills worth up to ₱100,000 or $1,999 per transaction. For bigger amounts please contact us at support@bayanipay.com.

Do I need to link my bank account before I can start paying my bills?

*This is not an official receipt.
