Overview

Our organization is looking for a Marketing & PR Manager who will be responsible for establishing and implementing marketing and public relations initiatives. Your agency expertise will be invaluable as you collaborate with a talented team of specialists. The ideal applicant will have a track record of successfully executing marketing and PR efforts, as well as exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Key Reponsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing and public relations initiatives that align with BayaniPay's objectives and target markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to discover the unique selling features of BayaniPay products and services, then develop marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with media professionals, content creators, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Obtain press coverage for BayaniPay's business events, milestones, and activities, as well as arrange interviews and handle media requests.
  • Oversee the generation of engaging marketing content such as press releases, product reviews, promotional materials, video reels, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with BayaniPay's brand identity.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Track campaign performance, evaluate data, and tweak plans for optimum impact.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, invite industry stakeholders, and handle post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with external marketing and public relations companies as needed to broaden BayaniPay's reach and carry out customized initiatives.
  • Maintain good relationships while also ensuring congruence with the company's aims.
  • Use data analytics tools to assess campaign performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize customer conversion rates.
  • Provide management with reports and suggestions for changes based on data insights.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or another similar discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, or in a similar position.
  • A minimum of five years of agency-based marketing, brand management and/or public relations expertise.
  • Demonstrates strong writing and vocal communication abilities, including the ability to create engaging messages.
  • Excellent media relations and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with crisis management.
  • Proficient with PR software, media monitoring tools, and social media platforms.
  • Capable of thinking creatively and developing unique public relations strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Professional capacity to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Can make data-driven decisions and manage agile marketing initiatives.
