Overview

BayaniPay is a fast-growing company providing cross-border financial services, including remittance from North America to the Philippines. The company is seeking to hire a full-time salaried Field Sales & Marketing Associate who will be responsible for managing organizational sales by implementing business plans, meeting planned goals, and executing go-to-market campaigns. This role is accountable for growing and retaining BayaniPay’s customer base, building brand awareness and loyalty, and supporting sales within the assigned territory. 

Key Reponsibilities

  • Implementation of sales and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition through field activations at retail partner locations in assigned territory
  • Promote product and services to potential customers and assist with registration and/or remittance process 
  • Manage all logistics, including marketing materials, merchandise, and other supplies to support field activations and programs 
  • Identify sales and business expansion opportunities
  • Track and report on field marketing and sales activities regularly 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities 
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns and other issues in a timely and satisfactory manner 
  • Closely track expenses in an organized fashion 
  • Provide consumer insight and feedback to improve product and services 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated track record in sales and implementing sales strategies 
  • Excellent relationship management and delivery of customer service 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work nights and weekends and travel as needed 
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog 
  • Robust knowledge of the Filipino market in North America is a plus
