BayaniPay is a proud sponsor of Becca Godinez: In My Life, a fundraising concert in Los Angeles organized by the Filipino American Service Group, Inc. (FASGI), a non-profit community organization dedicated to supporting Filipinos in California.

Over 40 years of service, FASGI has touched millions of lives through various programs including mental health education, naturalization application assistance, arts incubation, and assistance to WWII veterans. The one-night-only concert is the first of their fundraising events for the year, held in partnership with Individual Health Care Services, Inc.

Attendees are in for a night of amazing stories and songs on Saturday, March 12. Headlining the concert is Becca Godinez, one of the Philippines’ most sought-after performers. The presentation will take viewers through her colorful journey as a hit singer, television host, and stage actor in the 1970s and 1980s.

BayaniPay has sought to become integral to the life of the Filipino American community since the launch of its zero-fee remittance service in November 2021. Through its active participation in these events, BayaniPay aims to highlight Filipino stories and talent, strengthening the connection between the Fil-Am community and their cultural roots.

Becca will appear alongside guest artists, including Mike Monserrat and Spanky Rigor; Broadway actors Jennifer Paz, Red Concepcion, and Nicole Santiago; and vocalists Charmie Morales, Leah Auditor, and Tina Cruz. They will also be joined by Becca’s daughter Natasha Kaiserman, who will be making her L.A. concert debut.

The band will be led by esteemed musical director Myke Gonzaga. Fans will also be delighted to hear that Cocoy Laurel, who has starred alongside Becca in several theatrical productions, will be making a special virtual appearance.

To ensure the safety of everyone at the venue, patrons should be prepared to wear masks for the duration of the show and present valid vaccination cards upon entry.

Becca Godinez: In My Life will be held at the Aratani Theatre on Saturday, March 12 at 7:30 PM. Ticket prices range from $45 for balcony seating, to $60 for orchestra, and $100 for VIP. Special balcony pricing of $25 is also available for seniors, military, and students.
